Any order contract made on the website https://www.greendet.pt can be freely terminated under the terms of Article 10 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, with the user being responsible for the return costs. To do so, the user must return their order within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt and send us an email with the purchase invoice attached, indicating whether they wish to exchange the product(s) or receive a refund.

 

Greendet Lda. does not accept any returns sent with postage due or cash on delivery, undertaking to reimburse the User within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of cancellation in accordance with Article 12 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, or from the next business day following receipt of the return or proof of return of the order, whichever occurs last.

 

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the user in the initial transaction or by bank transfer if the payment method used does not allow it.

 

Returned products must be in saleable condition, i.e., in the same condition in which they arrived in the user’s hands, without any defects.

 

If the resulting value of a product exchange in an order is higher than the initial value of the order, the user will have to pay the difference, using one of the payment methods available on our website.

 

If the resulting value of a product exchange in an order is lower than the initial value of the order, or in case of a return, the user may choose one of the following methods of reimbursement for the excess amount paid:

1) Shopping voucher (valid for use in future purchases at https://www.greendet.pt); or

2) Refund by bank transfer to an account to be indicated.

 

Whenever there are campaigns in effect in our online store, they cannot be combined with other coupons or promotional codes.

 

User purchases are delivered within 10 to 15 business days.
